The Pre-Sales forum here says: For a staff reply, please open a ticket. How do I open a ticket so I can get a staff reply? 0 bear Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 Fairly certain you don't need to purchase anything to have an account with WHMCS, but I recall when i trialed it I needed to create an account to download the script.
