Error with 15day trial

Contempt

Question

I got the following error while testing some things out with my WHMCS trial.

The order placed for test.bal has received its first payment but an error occured and the account could not be automatically setup on the server.

Client ID: 2

Product/Service: Basic

Domain: test.bal

Error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host '' - code: 6

I'm using the trial to configure and learn more about the scripting before I make a purchase, now I know the trial is unsupported but I wold like to know if this is something that WHMCS support can easly fix or explain to be once I make my purchase.

I have a same problem and never get resolved yet. I got this problem after upgrading our whmcs to 4.1.1. The Whmcs team is telling me that there is a firewall blocking the cPanel/WHM ports but i checked and everything is fine and ports are opened. Our whmcs is not hosted on the same server where we want to create/place cPanel accounts.

For an experiment, we installed a new whmcs (4.1.1) on 3rd server on different domain name and we can setup Panel accounts successfully that means there is no port is blocked. But we still cannot create cpanel accounts using upgraded/old database. If someone has a good solution, i would appreciate.

Surely it proves that there is something on the server where WHMCS was originally installed preventing the communication given that it works on a different server?

I get this error : Error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host '' - code: 28

Could you be more specific ?
