I'm using WHM cPanel and WHMCS What should I do and How shall I do it? It's costing me a client a day right now and soon I'll be broke as I have already lost two top accounts. yours in humble desperation Dan
chickendippers
Find another cPanel reseller, sign up and you should be able to transfer all your customer directly across using the transfer tool in WHM. As for moving your WHMCS installation, just re-upload the files and database, then login to the Client Area here at WHMCS.com and re-issue your license.
bear
Have a look at the offers here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=130 I'm sure you can find one that will suit you. Make sure to base it on something other than price alone, and search for reviews on that site to check the ones you like.

HostBizLng
Hi revolutionstudios, That's a very important decision to make. Think carefully, and do research web host server providers. In my personal experience, I actually saved myself from using bad providers by extensive research about them, reading tons of reviews (very important), and not running for the low-priced ones, but choosing well established and big companies, that might charge you more, but give you smooth stability and value of their uninterrupted and well-supported service. The provider that I am using now, concerning support, gives me immediate 24/7 live chat (helpful) response, not more than 1 hour 24/7 ticket response (response with resolution, not just discussion, if I have issue, it simply solved) and no problems with service at all. Large companies care about their reputation and customer satisfaction enough, because that's the only way they became big and well known. Choose the big ones and how some folks say it - "follow the winner :)" because winners are set to win! Sincerely, Serg Edited May 14, 2009 by HostBizLng
GORF
If you're in the States, take a look at Hostdime. I have been using them for over 5 years now. 24/7 phone support and good pricing.

revolutionstudios
Well I signed up on the advice of a friend and was so keen to get started I jumped right in, It was good for a while and then the little things crept in, 1. My private name servers disappeared from my client area and I was unable to get MY EPP or change anything at all , private NS were showing up as their servers in my clients accounts. 2. They argued with me and blamed others including me for the mistakes 3. Then I couldn't login to my client area at all for about two weeks 4. The cPanel area is un secure and in WHM also 5. Massive Email issues with regard to un trusted security certificates and if using Thunderbird you cant connect at all. 6. Days before tickets were responded to if at all. 7. The list goes on and on, and I'm not one of these guys that complains at every little thing, but I have had a guts full of it and the worst part is they have done nothing to correct any of it. If I was to take it further what would I do? It's cost me a good amount of money and Clients. Ah well live and learn, the suns still shining, but we all know how frustrating it can be right?

revolutionstudios
I have by way of my last post invited people to advertise , which is of course not allowed on this forum and as I understand it only by way of PM. I think thats right? Anyway I didn't mean to start a bidding war so apologies there.
bear
I have by way of my last post invited people to advertise , which is of course not allowed on this forum and as I understand it only by way of PM. There is no advertising at all as a result of posting here. PM, email, forum post, IM...any contact/promotion used as a result of your account here. I would personally distrust those that choose to aggressively advertise on a forum where it's not allowed, and anyone that did would be off my list. http://forum.whmcs.com/faq.php (Appropriate conduct section) "No soliciting or self promotion is allowed via the private message (PM) system. If we get reports of abuse, your PM privileges could be affected."
