McDee
I suggest WHMCS team use a bug tracker. Currently people can report bugs through tickets, in the bug forum and some report them in other places.

freedombi
The biggest advantage of the bug tracker wouldn't necessarily be for bugs, but for enhancement requests, and allowing users to vote for them. I wouldn't have any problem with a bugzilla where uers could only vote and comment on bugs, not create new ones. I know how difficult it is to keep something organized when everyone is rushing to add stuff, not checking carefully to see if it was already entered, or not realizing that what they are added is the same as something else, just worded differently.
Niklas
A bug tracker would be nice. I would recommened Mantis Bug Tracker (http://www.mantisbt.org/), which in my opinion is the best solution available.
holodyn
Use SourceForge or Google Code - you don't have to be releasing packages through their system to benefit from the communication tools.
