I am billing my customers using PDF invoices, and I have enabled "automatic sequential numbering of paid invoices". However the proforma invoice is problematic for me, and I don't want to use it at all. I only want my customers to receive one PDF invoice, and want to disable/turn off the proforma invoice. Is there a option for this in the WHMCS control panel, or are you talking about changing some of the TPL or PHP files? PS! I only want my customers to receive _one_ PDF invoice _one_ time after order, and not receive a second invoice after payment. ditto Posted April 24, 2009 Author Share Posted April 24, 2009 I need the invoice numbers to bee in order sequence, and I think that will be wrong if i disable "sequential numbering". Thank you so much for the help. I just turned it off, and also commented the code in pdfconfig.php and viewinvoice.tpl back to the way it original was -- and everything is working great and just the way I need it to! This is not the way it's working for me, clients who set up paypal subscriptions are still getting invoices every month and it is indeed confusing, quite unprofessional looking too when a client contacts me asking should they pay the invoice or not.
