Norf Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 Every time, when clients receiving their tickets, there is subject of e-mail like:[Ticket ID: 00000] As we have non-English speaking clients we want to rename field "Ticket ID". But we couldn't find anything related to this in language file or anywhere else. bear Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 That was the only place that was defined that I could find searching on the phrase or the variable name. That means it may be within the encoded files, if that didn't fix it. I would have thought it would be logical to use the same phrase everywhere, but maybe there's another reason not to.
