Excellent support

Hi Matt,


I'm sorry to bring this on to the forum but I'm having big problems getting anything back via email or ticket support at the moment and I've got a desperate situation. I have submitted support tickets using different email addresses in the past week though do not seem to be receiving anything back for some reason. Without going in to too much detail on here, I've not been able to log in to our installation or to our account on the WHMCS site for a few weeks now!


I requested a new password two or three times now since the changeover but have received nothing. Obvsiously we are getting quite behind with things now. We are also having licensing issues due to our server setup which I can explain more about via email.


It looks as though you're the man who can help and if you could look at our account and contact me by email I'd be very very grateful!

I agree, the WHMCS Staff are brilliant, they seem to know what they are talking about (they are the developers after all!). Quick responses to support emails? - On an average of 5 hours, it's not bad. I am pleased with the support I have received.


I have just been leaving posts via webhostingtalk.com to threads left by quite a few people who still have not switched to WHMCS, mainly due to no Multi-Currency, so have happily let them know the news about Version 4 :)

I always loved the support of WHMCS. Been using WHMCS since we started our business (almost 3 years ago) and they always have solution for any issue you may have. In the begging they were much faster, and lately I have personally noticed that it takes them longer to reply to a support ticket, but the quality is perfect.
