I have the Enable Unsuspension (Tick this box to enable automatic unsuspension on payment) checked in the AUTOMATION SETTINGS Does the Unsuspension happen automatically at payment or when the cron job runs? I am pretty sure it does not run at payment since a customer was suspended but than paid and did not get unsuspended. cmo Posted December 10, 2009 Share Posted December 10, 2009 We are facing a similar dilema: for instance we have addon services like extra bandwidth or IP, but the main account that, let's say gets suspended, upon payment by the client it gets unsuspended even though there are stil two more invoices pending payment.
