Upgrade from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2

Paid for an upgrade. Upgrade was completed by your staff.

 

 

Results:

 

1- System closed my payment center. Had to pay another 45 bucks for support & updates renewal as I'd forgot to earlier

2- Links to the shopping cart do not work.

 

Day 2, no money made.

 

I tried to do this in tickets. As if this is not your main business. As if we have to wait for you to get off of work and answer our tickets...sad.

 

So I am indeed not happy.

I would have to say I have had slower than normal ticket replies, however, i believe that this is simply because V4, if you look at the sheer number of upgrades planned and new featuers I'm sure you can appreciate that they are probably burried in work.

 

i'm sure they will get to your issue quickly.... just don't keep updating a ticket, I assume like most they answer the oldest ticket replies first...

To be honest here, I've only had to wait 1 hour at the most for a reply to a ticket. I know that at our business, Stream101.com, we answer the oldest ticket first, then we go by priority. So I would wait for a reply there by not updating the ticket, just like moonsoft stated.
