Paid for an upgrade. Upgrade was completed by your staff.
Results:
1- System closed my payment center. Had to pay another 45 bucks for support & updates renewal as I'd forgot to earlier
2- Links to the shopping cart do not work.
Day 2, no money made.
I tried to do this in tickets. As if this is not your main business. As if we have to wait for you to get off of work and answer our tickets...sad.
So I am indeed not happy.
