wsme
Hi, Our system has started issuing renewal notices with the wrong number of days on them. For example, one says: The domain name listed below will expire in -14308 days As you can see the number of days has gone a bit strange! I have checked the domain expiry date against the domain in the customer record and it is correct. It seems to be doing it for all customers! Does anyone know a fix for this? gingerol
For the benefit of anyone else who may be having this problem, may we assume (from jacobkball above and from this post http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=25441&highlight=domain+expire) that the solution is: Check that the Due Date and Expiry Dates are correct Right?
