bear
Have you looked in templates_c to see if that file exists? If it does, what happens if you delete it and try the PDF creation again?

bear
"/home/dvajja/public_html/billing/templates_c" is writable?
hostand
owner has write permission, public have read and execute.
bear
Permissions need to be 777, unless running suphp. You can keep that folder outside the publicly accessible areas to make it safer, but it has to be writable. "/home/dvajja/templates_c" is a good location.

bear
I'm sure you also did this, but did you change the path in the config for WHMCS as well so it knows where it's been moved to?
