Hello, I am using WHMCS for my accounting company. Can i display monthly charge along with yearly fees? for example Small Business Accounting - $4 /mo - Yearly $48. They can only pay yearly fees, we dont allow monthly, but like to display monthly price for easy comparison.

Hello, I want to upgrade to 5.2.5 due to security, i have a customized template on my current whmcs, i am trying to upgrade myself for the first time. What do i need to do to ensure my customization of the skin are not lost after upgrade. based on the release notes i see certain templates are updated, if i overwrite, how can i get my skin back?

So i have this client who signed up for a service we offer and he decided to change his mind and filed a dispute wihtout approaching us for a refund. So after showing proof that he did buy it and didn't approach us for a refund the credit card company said, as per VISA and MasterCard rules, YOU HAVE TO DISPLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ont he same page and not provide a link before they accept. Current WHMCS give them a link to terms and conditions, is there anyway i can paste them right on that page for them to read before they accept them?

I keep getting paypal IPN errors for the past few days, and incoices are not being updated with payment details. It started happening only for the past few day. Paypal has disabled IPN for now. Does anyone else have same issue?, how cna i fix or what to do to fix?

for the love of the god i cant find the invoicepdf.tpl to update the logo size, can anyone tell me where i can find it? i am using WHMCS Version: 3.8.1. i search all my directories i can find quotepdf.tpl but not invoicepdf.tpl i need to update the logo size! Help please!!!!

Hello is ther a way to merge multiple invoice into one? i have client who has multiple domains and hosting, there are 5 invoices generated as all of them are due on the same day and he gets reminder for 5 invoices when over due. Is there anyway i can club all 5 invoice into 1 invoice and have them itemized autoamtically?, CE has this feature.

can we set up email piping for whmcs support like kayako?

i wasn't sure..if i can edit the links for the templates inside the client area as well, can i?

From WHMCS, when clients click n support i wanted them to redirect to kayako site, how can i do that?, i know there is some single sign on stuff, but i just want them to redirect to kayako i think it will be simple on me.

wierd, i got a call in payment as well and processing invoice based on whats on his account its tasking me for the CCV number

Is there anyway to disable this?, i mean not to ask for this, being an issue when automatic billing, or manually billing client.

I know its not technical question, but i can't post in tips & how to's When an invoice is created and sent, at the bottom of the notification, it says Signature Goes here!, where can i add the actual signature, i checked in general settings and the signature is there in it. Did i miss anywhere?
