modifying the php code

The bulk of the PHP code in the core application is encoded, so no, you can't directly edit it. You can, however, make changes and add to it via the Smartly templating system.

 

The forum is only for user to user support (though Matt has been known to participate). Support for the product is mainly conducted using the help desk.
