Email aliases for ticket system

Hi,

 

Is there a way to have a catch-all support ticket department? I have several email aliases that I'd like to direct into the ticket system but not have to create multiple departments. i.e help@ helpdesk@ support@ would all go to the helpdesk department.

 

I thought it would be a case of just setting up the email alias (help@ -> helpdesk@) but the ticket import log shows 'Department Not Found' as the To: field doesn't match.

 

Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
