meeven
We want to move over manually maintained billing data for the past two years into WHMCS. To be in sync with our past records, we have to manually create the invoices for each client, mark the payment status etc. One problem we are encountering is the inability to change the 'Invoice Created' date. Is there a way to change this to a past date? The idea is to give each of our clients a complete history of all their payments till date when they login to their account.

meeven
Continuing with the question of porting off-line, historical data to WHMCS - is there a way to ensure that WHMCS does NOT email the invoices when they are manually created? Or, to put it differently, will the WHMCS cron function auto-send any invoice that has been manually created? It would embarrass me if my clients received invoices dating back to 2 years.
