redrat
This was a full gone conclusion. Some of his creditors contacted the liquidators late last year and were told that RC is going to be made personally liable for the debts due to the overwhelming evidence of malpractice as a director. This is known as 'Lifting the Veil of Incorporation.' Given what I have read I'm not surprised if this is indeed the case. Unconfirmed at this stage.
Daniel
Their site seems to be back up and running anyway - maybe they're not gone for good?
handsonwebhosting
Verified also that the site is online and working. From how the post has played out at WHT it appears that this issue is resolved, the creditor has been paid, and the liquidation has been lifted. I guess we'll wait to see what happens next. Times are rough for a lot of people, especially businesses. Hopefully the company can get their credit situation resolved, and are able to salvage their name and reputation without too much damage being done. Time will tell.
