stuv
Who had upgraded to Plesk 9 without any problems? I am now running 8.6 but I want to upgrade. I know that I can't make use of new futures because of the new api. But do the things keep working that work now with Plesk 8.6?
redham
I have Plesk 9 and so far WHMCS won't automatically setup Plesk accounts. It worked fine with Plesk 8 but not with Plesk 9. My WHMCS installation is on a Linux server, not on the same server as the Plesk 9. I don't know if that makes any difference or not. I have a ticket open and Matt was working on it but I haven't had an update since yesterday. When we find out what the problem is I'll update here.
WHG
Any word on this? Does WHMCS work on P9?
Daniel
We're getting "Module Error - " Which doesn't give much away - though not had time to find the problem yet.

redham
Yes please tell us if there is any plan to make WHMCS able to automatically setup Plesk 9 accounts.
hightekhosting
WHMCS V4 will be able to setup Plesk accounts easily, including reseller accounts. Function tested, tried and passed
redham
That's great news! Hopefully v4 will come out soon. I am moving all of my windows clients who are using Helm to my Plesk account. I'm double glad that whmcs is going to fully support Plesk 9. Thanks
ctgray
I'm able to automagically setup Plesk 9 accounts (both both Windows and Linux) through WHMCS without issue.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 8, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 8, 2009 I'm able to automagically setup Plesk 9 accounts (both both Windows and Linux) through WHMCS without issue. Yep, just to clarify on some of the earlier posts in this thread - the existing module works fine on Plesk 9 when configured properly. The only "issue" if you can call it that is that it doesn't support Plesk's new reseller client level. Matt
stuv
Plesk 9.0 is out for a few months and I don't see Plesk 9.0 support in de new future list. Does anyone now if it will be supported?

I was able to provision when i was using 8.6 both in Windows and Linux but not anymore since i upgraded, which is actually the only problem i have since upgrading to 9. Now whmcs just creates the client account on Plesk and is unable to configure physical hosting and generates the module error.

redham
Any news on this yet? Is the API going to fully support Plesk 9's "reseller client level" anytime soon?
isdoo
9.2.1 is now out - maybe this could be tested by one of the beta testers for 4.0
lanquest
9.2.1 is now out - maybe this could be tested by one of the beta testers for 4.0 Is there any more news or progress on this subject? I am yet to decide which Windows hosting application to use. We are currently using the Linux WHMCS v3.8.2 which works great with our Linux hosting and would like to also provision Windows hosting accounts with ease. Would we have to upgrade WHMCS to version 3.8.3 first before upgrading to version 4?..
mojowill
I am getting the same errors in Plesk 9.2.2 Module Error - Any ideas what I need to do?
HerrZ
make sure you are using plesk.php from whmcs v3.x for plesk 8.x and plesk.php from whmcs 4.0.2 for plesk 9.2.2 try press the "create" button in whmcs backend (client products) and look if changeing the Module error message to an message with error number.
