Customer profiles going missing... :-(

Hi

Any idea what may be happening here? I noticed this just before Christmas and noticed it just now - today..

Basically, customer profiles within whmcs are going missing.. nothing in the activity logs shows any deletion of those profiles..

So as an example - I know that xyz was set up as a customer in whmcs.. we also know that they raised tickets and his tickets were replied to. However now their tickets appear with no customer assigned to them.. I go and search for xyz and they are no longer in the system.. their profile has totally disappeared.

The interesting thing is that the customer accounts are still intact within cpanel.

This has happened with a number of customer profiles and accounts... the more recent ones :-(

I now have to go and set up these customers again and link the cpanel hosting accounts to them...

Anyone know about what has been happening here and how it can be fixed? Shall we be looking for something in particular?

Regards

Denesh

have you ever restarted your browser ? if you do and "reload" the pages (after a kill/crash) it will post blanks to the db

is the clientid record still in the db or gone ?

Nope - never restarted the browser whilst this has happened. The thing is a like a yo-yo at the moment with some of those that had disappeared now appearing again and some still missing. :-(

I think the client record may still be in the DB itself... not sure.

Any ideas?

Have also experienced things within package setups going awry too. For example, the module settings section selecting 'none' even though it was previously set to cPanel and thus all settings for that package disappear. Sometimes the 'apply VAT to this product' also gets deselected.

Nothing shows up in the activity logs. :-(

Any ideas on this too?
