simplehelix Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 hi i got something that irritated me with whmcs and i guess i'll give it a shot now i love whmcs but what really bothers me is that , it's so hard to always go to the active tickets. i have to always click on the bottom-left where it says "Active Tickets" to view my tickets which would add up a lot of time getting no work done, believe me. especially when you are in this business and doing lots of ticket supports, this really have to be one of the more prominent navigational link to this control panel. let me know if i'm missing something obvious and make me look stupid in the process 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
