newbie
Yep, I think it's been common knowledge for a while http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=14256 Well under European law you have to inform your customers before increasing, we didn't receive any email about this.
Si
can't really comment as Im not a directi customer myself, but I am also in Europe (UK), and it seems to me that other directi customers knew about this (how?). Maybe you just didn't receive the email? I dunno. Talk to the company before jumping to public conclusions where the evidence says otherwise. I knew about it and I'm not even a directi customer, simply because other directi customers where talking about it. Go figure.
chickendippers
There's an announcement on their website: http://www.resellerclub.com/news/resellerclub_announces_new_gtld_pricing I believe Directi is an Indian company, so perhaps aren't governed by European law even if they have customers there?
othellotech
Well under European law you have to inform your customers before increasing, we didn't receive any email about this. Every ICANN registrar made at least 2 announcements to their clients about it - one in April/May, and one in August/September
