KAIDOK
Our dev dude added the web site's header to the top as well as the live support options and added a CSS so it all ties in together. The objective was "clean" and "simple". Site: http://www.hostdango.com/ WHMCS: http://my.hostdango.com/ Looking for feedback. Thanks!
DataHosts
Seems all you did was edit the portal css and header... Nice 'integration'
KAIDOK
The objective was to make WHMCS fit in with the web site rather than having a vanilla installation. The objective was met.

KAIDOK
Oh don't get me wrong, I appreciate the feedback. If there's more to do, I'd be interested in THAT feedback as well.
xister
i´d like it, but it´s no real site integration in my eyes.
KAIDOK
This is good feedback. Something I can ask the guy who developed it to look at. Thanks all for the feedback and pointing out the flaws.
redrat
xister is right. There is nothing really to comment upon yet. But I'd like to have another look later.
MACscr
I love the site design, the integration is nothing more than changing the header footer as already pointed out. You really need to work with the style.css to integrate the colors and design better. I would get rid of the ugly boxes on the support homepage. The portal theme is really awful if you ask me, so it really needs work if you want it to look nice like the rest of your design. If you truly have a designer working on the integration, he would have made the needed changes. Im assuming though you might have just paid someone for a simple integration? The type of work thats needed to do a good one is a simple 15 minute job like what was performed. Hope my feedback was constructive.
KAIDOK
Sweetness MACscr. That's great feedback. The same person did the WHMCS install that also did the web site itself. I wouldn't call it a simple integration. I do digress, we were working against time limits. It's something we'll have time later on to work with and improve upon. For the time being, the way we have it will have to work (and does work out pretty well, for all practical purposes). We'll have to wrap the site around it a bit more in the future. Any suggestions on how to go about that (not from a technical aspect but from a design aspect) in regards to what to do with the links / login box / search box on the left side? In regards to the default Kayako support icon being there, that's a new one on me. This morning I had placed one there that was custom built and for some reason it grew legs and walked off on it's own (although I did tweak some things in Kayako this morning but I can't imagine that it would cause icons to be overwritten). Oddness.
sclek
I love the design of your site! Looks very nice! Excellent work!
uberhost
As I said on live messenger, this is one awesome site. I love the original design, the big logo, and the clarity of navigation. As for the support area, I'd like to see a button to take me back to the main site's home page. I also mentioned that you should make the server status for clients only (since there is the link to phpinfo.php). Overall, very impressive site! Cheers mate, Rick
SwiftModders
Cool design! Reminds me more of a typographers type of work, big text and good use of negative space. The integration leaves much to be desired. You just have a simple header/footer integration, with much left to be done to the ins & outs of WHMCS. If this meets your needs, then that is fine, but it is tough to critique an integration that is that simplistic. Try making more CSS changes to WHMCS, removing a lot of the defaults. You don't need to COMPLETELY rewrite the HTML, but at least integrate more of your colors on certain pages. Good luck!
KAIDOK
Thanks a lot Rick & John! I'm passing these along to the individual that did the site work.
Serenade
Mediatemple.com much? Not only did you copy the (mt) on the site title, but the main page is like the same, and the header bar looks the exact same.
