pol1967
Currently I have the following configuration: WHMCS for Billing and Kayako SupportSuite for support (with WHMCS LoginShare Module). I am considering (I'm undecided) a move from Kayako SupportSuite to built in system. Your opinion?
bear
I was already using Kayako when I moved to WHMCS, but I probably would have tried the built in system first if not. It's not as fully featured as Kayako (why would it be?), but it seems like it could handle simple customer support well.
Vger
One thing that WHMCS has which Kayako doesn't have is the ability to see all of the support thread whilst you type your response to it. With Kayako once you elect to type a response you lose the view of the rest of the thread. I find the ability to see all of the thread whilst typing a reply to be invaluable - mainly because I have a memory like a sieve. michael_s
Vger, I can see the entire thread in kayako when I reply to customers requests, and have always been able to.
jnet
Are you sure you want to do that? kayako is for support and whmcs is for billing whmcs right now is not as good as kayako and kayako can not take the place of whmcs for billing so keep it the way it is:!:
