  1. I am also now interested in seeing this happen. Using an API integration would get us around the new Comodo requirement that every Cert uses email verification. Vger
  2. Thanks very much. That's what we needed to know! Vger
  3. The rules do not make any difference to the problem we are having. The problem is that whilst in Test Mode ALL cards are being passed to the 3D screen with no option to skip it. We have both Test and Live accounts with Protx and in the Test Account we can test 3D Secure but we can't test 3D Secure against our live Protx account yet, because we're waiting for Protx to turn that feature on. Maybe it's just Test Mode which has this problem? Customers should have the option of skipping the 3D Secure process if their card is not enrolled in the scheme - but we're just not seeing that in Test Mode, and this concerns us. If anyone can confirm that they had the same experience whilst in Test Mode but that customers did have the option of skipping the 3D Secure page once in Live Mode then that would help to clarify things. 4. Has anyone else come across this and found it to be a problem? I am used to the osCommerce Protx Direct module, which allows you to select which cards go for 3D Secure authentication. We are now testing the WHMCS Protx module, but it's passing all cards to the 3D Secure verification page. Is there any way in WHMCS (haven't found one myself) of selecting which cards use 3D Secure? We only need to send Mastercard and Maestro cards to 3D Secure authentication at this point in time, but Visa, Solo, Delta and Electron cards are also being passed to 3D Secure. Many thanks for any help provided. Vger
  5. One thing that WHMCS has which Kayako doesn't have is the ability to see all of the support thread whilst you type your response to it. With Kayako once you elect to type a response you lose the view of the rest of the thread. I find the ability to see all of the thread whilst typing a reply to be invaluable - mainly because I have a memory like a sieve. Vger
  6. My few thoughts on Chrome, so far: 1. Yes, it's fast. 2. A friend liked it so much he made it his default browser - after which is PC promptly crashed and he had the devil of a job getting rid of all elements to get his PC running properly again. 3. Unlike Firefox it has the same problem as IE with being unable to download large files - IE 7 cannot download anything above 4 Gigs and IE 6 nothing above 2 Gigs (Firefox has no problem whatever the file size). 7. It doesn't help that there's just the announcement from WHMCS with no fruther detail and no ability to respond in the thread. But from what I can see this is just a sub-Reseller account and not a full Reseller account. The prices quoted are what we already pay for a sub-Reseller account, and not less as I would expect for a full Reseller account. Vger
  8. Look in the News & Announcements forum - where WHMCS is announcing free Enom Reseller accounts without set up fees and minimum deposit. Vger
  9. Yeah, the RSS Feed is a pretty rubbish add-on. I had to go through every announcement and manually edit all of the so-called "errors" out before it would work. "Errors" include: the use of & n b s p ; - which is difficult to avoid, because if you put two spaces between sentences the second one automatically gets converted to ansi/ascii code. Solution? Only use one space. If you hit the return key twice to give a good spacing between paragraphs then you get an opening and closing para tag with & n b s p ; between them. Solution? Use break tags. The system cannot recognise the ansi/ascii code for the £ symbol, but it insists on using one in place of the actual symbol. The only solution is to use 'UK Pounds' instead fo the symbol. Vger
  10. I'd like an answer to this problem as well. Vger
