After upgrade, Paypal is no longer shown on the Order screen

I upgraded about a week or so ago and since then I've had quite a few cart abandonments. I didn't know why until a customer emailed me saying that she thought she could pay with Paypal but there was no choice for Paypal on the order screen and she didn't want to use a credit card. She is right. The Paypal button disappeared and all it shows is Credit Card. I checked Payment Gateways in admin, and next to Paypal it IS marked "visible on order form" as is Credit Card. But Paypal is not a choice on the order screen during checkout. HELP PLEASE!!!
