  1. I have the same problem. Did someone find a fix to this
  2. Hi, I read all the posts in regards to this, but I still don’t understand it. Forgive me if I repeat something. OK, the problem happens when I upgrade the hosting package as an Administrator from the Client Area – Products/Services tab. Next to the Product/Service I click on the “Create Upgrade/Downgrade Order”. The system then generates an Invoice with the amount difference due and e-mails it to the client. The due date on the invoice is set for tomorrow. However, when the client opens the Invoice or logs in, there is NO BUTTON under the PayPal menu where it says “Unpaid” in the top right corner. I don’t know why the client is not permitted to pay. The client continues to receive overdue Invoices that are not paid every day! “Force Subscriptions” is the only checkbox that I have selected in the Payment Gateways. What is the problem here? Why the PayPal buttons don’t appear at all on the Invoice? Perhaps this is somehow connected to any previous active and inactive PayPal subscriptions that the client may have? Thanks in advance.
  3. I have two questions in regards to setting up the Pricing table in Setup -> Products/Services. 1) Billing Cycle If I set the cycle to Biennially or Triennially, does this mean that the client will have a billing subscription that will take place once every 2 years or 3 years respectively? And will continue so until they cancel their subscription? 2) Setup Fee Let’s say I want to charge a client a one-time setup fee ($100) plus have them subscribe to pay every 2 years for a product ($200/two yrs). The $100 is only paid once at registration and never again. Therefore, the client will pay $300 for the first two years and then $200 every second year. Where would I enter the $100 setup fee – in the One Time/Monthly Column or the Biennially Column? How would I enter the 2-year recurring price of $200 – put it in the Biennially Column under Price and then put -1 in all other columns? What radio bottom would a check under “Payment Type” – Recurring? I know that these questions may be redundant but I want to absolutely sure how I charge my clients. Thanks.
  4. I have configured the Domain Pricing in WHMSC in Canadian dollars. This is not the same as the TLD pricing in my Enom account, which is in USD. I always use WHMSC to purchase the domain names. What price matrix would be used in this case as a default (the one configured in Enom or WHMSC) and in what currency? Do I even need to edit the prices in Enom or I can just leave them to way they are and assming that WHMSC will overwright them based on those setup in WHMSC? Thanks.
