SindreM
I am using the WHM Import utility in my WHMCS to import my cPanel clients. I have set up the necessary packages in WHMCS with the corresponding WHM Package Name. However, only some of the clients is imported although they are all on the same WHM Hosting package. What's strange is that the account list in the import script shows some clients with a package name "username_Package Name" while others as "username_Package%20Name". All these clients have the same package, so I do not know why only some of the package names have spaces replaced with %20. Hence, if I set the package name to "username_Package Name", the ones with the %20 will not be recognized by the script, and vice versa. This really puzzles me. Have anyone else experienced similar issues? I would really like to be able to use the script instead of adding each client manually. Thank you, Sindre
chickendippers
Seems like spaces aren't being handled correctly. The quickest solution would be to remove the space from your package name....although the presence of a username sounds like you may have created an individual package for each user? So that may take some time.
SindreM
Yeah, I could always do that but I'm still curious to find out why WHMCS sees the packagename including spaces for some clients while it replaces spaces with %20 for others. It is the same package in WHM, I do not have separate packages for each client so just ignore the "username" portion of the package name.
