MACscr
cant upgrade? thats a pretty generic and pathetic stab at trying to provide us information. Explain your problem in more detail. Are you getting any errors? is your configuration.php file still intact and with the correct information?
adrianus
There are no error, its just the upgrade script start with version 3.2.0
MACscr
so you dont get any upgrade or even new install options? Again, are you 100% sure your configuration.php file is correct in the root directory of whmcs?
adrianus
Nope. It works before I upgraded. I uploaded 3.6.2 files and now I can't access anything

Also, have you tried reuploading the files as well?
Daniel
The problem is that you're upgrading from an extremely old version. Your best option is to contact the WHMCS staff and see if they have an old package of something like 3.2.0 and upgrade to that, and then upgrade to 3.6.2.
MACscr
ROFL, i completely read the title wrong. Nice catch Daniel. I was thinking he was talking about 3.6.1. Doh.
adrianus
I know that. SilverNodashi
Chances are you'd have to upgrade in stages - from 3.1 to 3.2, then 3.3, then 3.4, 3.5, then 3.6.
chickendippers
He'll need to do as Daniel suggested; upgrade to 3.2.0 by contacting support. Then you can upgrade straight to 3.6.2.
