Nope. It works before I upgraded. I uploaded 3.6.2 files and now I can't access anything

There are no error, its just the upgrade script start with version 3.2.0

Have uploaded 3.6.2 overwriting all 3.1.2 files. Now I can't access my admin area but can't upgrade as well. Can someone help me please?
