However when trying to login to his account he was unable to as his password contained an ä Are these characters not supported in the password field? If not, why are they allowed in the first place? Secondly I have reseller account clients that i'd like to be able to download files, and only these clients. I have setup the downloads in the product config and have setup the download with the correct checkbox checked, however the downloads do not display in the client area. Any ideas?
