dordal
I can't remember if I reported this before, but it seems there is an encoding problem in support ticket emails. They are sent as text/plain (which is great), but if you put an & in the message it comes out as &. < > come out as > and < etc. That would be correct for HTML mails, but for plain-text mails, you need to run http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.htmlspecialchars-decode.php That was with 3.6.0; if you've fixed it in 3.6.1 my apologies, but I didn't see it on the dev tracker. phenglai
I have seen this on the PDF invoice as well. I have a customer with a & in their name and their invoice comes out &
lostinspace
We've noticed the same. Seems only the e-mail sent out has the problem. The ticket reply stored in WHMCS is fine.
philip
I still got this problem in v3.6.
dordal
I tried it on 3.6.1 (in the demo system) and it seemed to work... you're seeing it in the outgoing emails in 3.6.1? Then it is possible that it is a server/PHP config issue
