worsin Posted May 24, 2008 Share Posted May 24, 2008 I cannot log into my account, it keeps sending me to the login fields. I cannot Re-sign up to an account order wont complete. I cannot Reset my password to my account, i receive it and it doesn't work. I cannot send in a ticket to your system to get these things fixed even, i cannot log in to do so. I cannot use your built in contact us form, it keeps telling me the security image is wrong. Daniel Posted May 24, 2008 Share Posted May 24, 2008 After logging in, I assume it is sending you back to the homepage? Once there, click on "My Invoices" or wherever you want to get to on the right hand side instead of clicking Client Area again. worsin Posted May 24, 2008 Author Share Posted May 24, 2008 No it sends me back to the log in and pass forms. This problem im finding is only in Firefox. Even my own system i cannot open in firefox. You did manage to send in a ticket and it was answered within 10 minutes of submission. Please respond promptly as my business is completely shut down from this. You've paid your overdue invoice now so should be back up and running again. If you experience any furthur problems, just let us know. Matt Through IE i was able to get my account back online but i am still dead in the water with Firefox on my main computer. For some reason it comes up fine on my other computer but this one now will not let me log into my WHMCS or yours using Firefox. Other comp has same version of FF.
