Lawrence
In my move to switch from WHM AutoPilot + Kayako, to WHMCS, I've cooked up a basic import script for copying categories and articles over from Kayako eSupportSuite to WHMCS's own Knowledgebase. It works, but only supports the following: - Copying over top level categories and articles. Before releasing it, I am going to clean up the code and make it remove some TinyMCE cruft as well.

Lawrence
Hi, Sorry guys, I don't check this forum often. I have uploaded a text file to our site containing the PHP importer. http://www.lcwsoft.com/whmcs_kayako_import.txt Simply create a MySQL database user, give it permissions to both the Kayako and WHMCS databases, and fill in the variables near the top of the script. It only imports the knowledge base categories and articles, nothing else. Lawrence
