Pima
Is there not a method or workaround to kill one response in WHMCS from continually attempting to respond to a bogus mail address?

Pima
Bumping this as there has been no solution or workaround suggested. I was hoping that one of the Dev's would offer something due to the fact that this is complied and there is nothing that we as users can even look at...
Pima
Still no response to this - I have an open sales support account and when there are SPAM'ers usually the return of a "ticket opened" FAILS This then floods the support system as it continues to attempt to deliver the mail. Opening a new ticket # on each attempt... I only want a method to kill this retrying. If this is not from inside WHMCS please respond as such.
bear
Bumping this as there has been no solution or workaround suggested.Perhaps none were suggested because no one on the forum knows the answer? I was hoping that one of the Dev's would offer something Have you opened a ticket with them to ask directly? That's the best way to find out if they have a solution, I'd recommend.
