Specific fixes: - Clicking on a ticket subject will now show the proper ticket thread. - Replying to a ticket thread will now work via the web integration. - Proper WHMCS breadcrumb navigation. - Proper "Back" links if enabled in your Kayako template. Requirements: - Kayako 3.20.02 STABLE (Owned version for source code modifications) - Basic knowledge on how to modify php files on the server.
