MACscr
Do you have a valid license or a trial? BTW, it was pretty foolish of you to do #1. Those are the type of clients I fire.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 19, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 19, 2008 I can't find any tickets from the address you use on the forum so first check to ensure it was submitted and if it was, just await a reply. Right now, there are no tickets open with a last reply older than 8 hours. Matt
ToastyHost
Do you have a valid license or a trial? BTW, it was pretty foolish of you to do #1. Those are the type of clients I fire. I have a trial license. Ticket: 750129 - 8 hours old Ticket: 322396 - 16 hours since i've heard anything Oh and also, fire? i don't work for you. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 19, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 19, 2008 #750129 was responded to within 5 minutes of you submitting it and is now awaiting a reply from you. #322396 is for the integration service. It's not a support request and it is advertised that the service takes between 48 and 72 hours. You won't get a response until it's been completed. ToastyHost
your support ticket system is somehow flawed, i'm not receiving emails from it. oh and ease up on the defensiveness.
pacwebhosting
your support ticket system is somehow flawed, i'm not receiving emails from it. oh and ease up on the defensiveness. Nobody else seems to have any problems which would kind of suggest the problem is yours or your email providers Oh and when you attack someone they defend themselves so you really should expect a defense. HostOrca
your support ticket system is somehow flawed, i'm not receiving emails from it. oh and ease up on the defensiveness. Have you checked your spam folder its possible the response ended up there. As no one else is having problems would seem to indicate that the problem is at your end. bear
your support ticket system is somehow flawed, i'm not receiving emails from it. oh and ease up on the defensiveness. I took that as explanation of your questions, not defensiveness, specifically. The ticketing system has never failed to email me, and based on the lack of other complaints about it, that would point to it being more likely that it's your own email system(s) that may be at fault. DataHosts
Oh and also, fire? i don't work for you. Can I ask why you are so discouraging with all your posts? Everyone I see has some negative remark to make you higher than those you are replying to. I have used WHMCS for near 2 years, and each & every support request has been answered in more than ample time. Matt & Staff do all they can to ensure that your issue is resolved in a quick professional manner. I get emails just fine since day 1, and never missed one sent. When you begin a post as negative as you did the assistance you get is limit to only those who feel sorry for you. I would like to ask that you please be patient and polite to all members of this forum, as they did nothing to prevent you from getting any emails. chickendippers
You could try checking your tickets via the website rather than waiting for emails, as it would appear that for some reason the notifications aren't getting to you.
andymoo
1. write a discouraging post2. submit support ticket 3. write an email to the appropriate department 4. submit another support ticket 5. wait 24 hours for a response Done all those things. Anyone else have any ideas? You did #1 first? Really? Your attitude and mail system are flawed, not WHMCS support. That's been efficient and dependable in my experiences with it. I agree with MACscr, I can't stand clients who complain in public before they talk to us when they're the source of the problem. It's rude and disrespectful, client or not I don't tolerate that from anyone. chickendippers as always (it seems) is bang on the money about submitting and monitoring tickets on-line. If the weak link is your email, bypass it and deal with the ticketing system, don't write discouraging posts when there's no justification for it at all. it just makes you look a bit of a tw@
