Need someone to integrate multiple API's / major order form customization

Not sure if there is a right section for a request thread, but here goes :

 

We need someone to fully integrate the following API's with WHMCS 3.6 (and above, if possible) :

 

Softlayer API V3

HyperSpin

BQBackup

WHMCS (we resell WHMCS licenses, and it would be nice if this was automated.. if possible?)

 

These really need to be fully integrated. No loose ends.

 

 

As well, we have a full network of sites, and each one needs its own functionality / order form. Matt already assured me this was possible and is built-in, but we need someone to do the customization.

 

Finally, not sure if this is possible, but we will be selling VOIP/Hosted PBX systems soon, and wondering if the WHMCS API can support additional billing for such systems.
