pjs32 Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Hi, Is it possible to change the default Affiliate link -for example: http://domain.com/*?aff=018 TO: http://domain.com/whatever.php?x=018 The reason I ask is that we are finding people put off using the links as they know it is an affiliate link (*? and aff is sort of a giveaway!) would renaming * file to something else cause any problems? Juanzo Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 This is an excellent question. Refering clients to the homepage isn't always the best solution and will sure reduce the conversion success.
