webadpro
Hi, I've have a question for users that has used kayako with WHMCS. I have installed WHMCS on my server and I have a kayako eSupport license but I'm not sure if I should stick with WHMCS only or if I should go ahead and intergrate Kayako eSupport in WHMCS. Would it be possible to get some opinions please? Warm Regards, Pat
joe123
we use whmcs as our support system and supporttrio knowledgebase and an instant response like kayako , a bit of everything and when whmcs improves the knowledgebase ( specially the search function ) we will move completely to whmcs and implement the instant response for it as well and when that is done then we are 100% WHMCS

webadpro
Thanks, although anyone would like to give me your opinion. Also, I do have a license for eSupport but I'm not sure if I should use it or stay with WHMCS only. Also, yukiko, yes I am planning on getting a lot of customers. DataHosts
I own WHMCS and Kayako. After trying Kayako for support I decided to stay with WHMCS because of this... The support built within WHMCS works fine for me. It allows clients to submit, reply, open, view, and close. So, why take that extra step and time to make it so Kayako is my support module. Now, I do Kayako for live chat, but that is it. 99% of my support is the built in WHMCS.

bear
i use kayako more cause i can span it across more then one domain You can? Licensing for that app is for one domain. You can point other email addresses to it, and even have templates per usergroup and so on, but it's supposed to be for one domain per license.; )
