A complete navigation manager addon for WHMCS that lets system administrators control both client area menus — Visitors (logged out) and Clients (logged in) — each with its own primary and secondary navbars: rename items, change where they link, reorder them, hide or disable them, add custom links, translate labels per language, attach FontAwesome icons, extra CSS classes and live counter badges, track clicks, pin the navbar on scroll, recolor the whole menu, and audit everything in an activity log.

Menu Manager works directly on the WHMCS menu objects, so it supports the stock Six, Twenty-One and Nexus templates with no template edits — pick yours in Settings and the styling, box heights and wrap guards match it automatically. Everything is governed by modern, secure, CSRF-protected admin screens with AJAX saves and toast confirmations.

Features

Menu editing

  • Rename any navbar item label — per language (see Translations).
  • Retarget where any item links (relative or absolute URLs, # for placeholder parents).
  • Reorder items with one-click move up / move down (logged in the activity log).
  • Hide or disable items with the on/off status switch (both remove the item from output).
  • Custom items — add your own links anywhere in the tree, including nested children under any non-divider parent. Stock items can never be deleted, only hidden or disabled.
  • FontAwesome icon per item (e.g. fas fa-star); emptying the field removes the icon.
  • Extra CSS class per item; emptying the field clears it (divider classes are protected).
  • Dynamic badges — live counters next to the label: total/active products & services, total/active domains, due/total/overdue invoices, active/total tickets, credit balance (clients pages only; visitors have no counters).

Two menus & languages

  • Visitors menu (logged out) and Clients menu (logged in), each with primary and secondary navbar tabs.
  • Per-language label fields (English Label, Arabic Label, …) driven by the Available Languages setting.
  • Label priority per visitor: their language's text → your customized label → the WHMCS language-file text — so untouched items automatically follow lang/*.php and untranslated items fall back to the default label.

Styling (Six, Twenty-One, Nexus)

  • Template picker — Six, Twenty-One (default) or Nexus; folder renames can't break it because you choose explicitly.
  • Sticky navbar — pins the menu to the top on scroll (desktop viewports only, never on phones).
  • Menu color studio — MiniColors pickers for nav background, links, hovers, dropdowns and badge colors, normalized to #rrggbb.
  • Phone-safe by design — nothing the module paints applies below 992px: small screens keep 100% stock template styling, and the Twenty-One/Nexus "More" overflow guard respects each template's collapse threshold.

Insight & audit

  • Click tracking — every menu click is recorded (beacon-based, navigation-safe) and shown per item in a Clicks column.
  • Activity Log — add/edit/move/status/delete and settings updates with date, admin name + ID and readable detail (e.g. Update: Keep activity log 90 > 30); searchable/sortable DataTables grid, per-action colored badges, retention in days pruned by the daily cron, plus a Clear Log button.

Automatic import

  • Activation import — replays the WHMCS navbar factories into storage/menus.json, creates the settings table and seeds Available Languages with your WHMCS default client language.
  • First-view capture — empty menus capture the live tree straight from the WHMCS menu class (including dynamic items), add-new only, so administrator edits are never overwritten.
