WHM Import products problem

I have been trying to get WHMCS set up and have added my Cpanel servers, etc. I have all packages created in Cpanel and accounts assigned to them but when I try to use the WHM Import, I only get a blank screen. I did check the manual which told me I needed to have the package names listed in the WHMCS so to test with I filled in the info for one of the package plans. But no joy, I still just get a blank screen and that package does not import either.

 

I have made sure that Curl is installed on all of my servers, I have triple checked my passwords, etc. I'm not sure what else to look for. Can someone possibly give me some other ideas as to what I could be missing or not seeing? Or something else that needs to be completed before the packages can be imported?

OK, found the problem. Should have checked this hours ago, but I just found that the whmimport file was empty (zero bytes). Not sure how or why that happened but I replaced the file and no longer get a blank screen

 

Now, finally onto the next step!
