I will assume that you are attempting to reset the password for your own WHMCS admin panel.

If that is the case, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps outlined in the guide below:

This guide includes steps to manually reset the password directly in the database.

Once you are logged in, if you are currently using PHPMailer under General Settings, consider switching to SMTP, as this often improves email delivery: https://docs.whmcs.com/9-0/system/email/email-tutorials/use-smtp-for-system-mail/

If you are referring to issues with your whmcs.com account login, password reset emails are generally delivered without issues. However, if you do not see the message, please ensure that you also check your Spam or Junk folder.
