XOVI Now email template - wasn't removed

Hi @Evolve Web Hosting,

Deactivating a MarketConnect service does not delete the welcome email template.

Generically speaking this is so you can stop new sales of a product whilst continuing to service existing orders, which might include resending the welcome email to clients if they need a reminder.

We try to avoid deleting data from the system - even email templates - so if you had the service activated prior to its discontinuation , this is why you still see the email there. Please let me know if this causes any problems or errors for you.
