Connecting old customers to their cpanel and domains after full site reinstall

Ive had to completely wipe my whmcs installation and reinstall from scratch in order to  deal with an invisible captcha issue after an update that i couldnt resolve. This isnt a big problem.

 

However, my old customers lose their account and dashboard, and then it seems really hard, impossible for me so far, to create them a new account with a link to their cpanel and control over their domains.

 

Is there any easy way to link everything up for existing clients who already have a list account in WHM and whose domains are already in my registrar account?

Hi @supermanic,

The Sync Accounts feature can import the hosting accounts from your server: https://docs.whmcs.com/servers/sync-accounts/ 

It'll put each into a placeholder client account,  which you can edit to input name and address etc.

Oh of course i remember now. Sorry for asking this, i think my head was stuck in a different problem when i had a clients website in my personal account which required a bit of hassle.  Thanks for taking the time to respond its much appreciated.
