Custom Order Form Template for Cloud Slider not working

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am currently trying to make a custom order form template using the cloud_slider template as the parent. When I include the theme.yaml file with the following content and try to view the product group, I get a blank screen.

config:
    parent: cloud_slider

Even if I don't include any other files, it still does not show up. I have tried making the standard_cart theme as the parent and that works fine. I have even tried copy and pasting all files in the cloud_slider template and it still gives me a blank screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you!

Hi @Lauren,

The cloud slider order form template is a child of standard cart. Currently it isn't possible to create a child of a child.

In the meantime you could copy the products.tpl file from the cloud_slider directory and make your theme a child of standard_cart too.

Hi John,

Thank you for the response. Even if I try to copy all files from the cloud_slider template to my custom theme (with no added files) it still shows nothing when looking at the product group. Is there something else I'm missing? I just want to delete part of the content of the products.tpl file used in the cloud slider template.

Let me know!
