Sohan
Hey, I have 2co account. when testing it, all the payments are being done in £. So if it was $20, it's charging £20. Any way to fix this? ~Sohan
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 9, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 9, 2008 The 2CO system does not allow a currency to be passed in so it works based on where you signed up for your account. If you signed up as UK user with the GBP currency then you will need to ensure you send in amounts in that currency from your WHMCS. For that reason, we have a conversion rate field in the 2CO gateway config where you can enter a conversion rate for invoice amounts to be divided by. This is for use in situations like yours where you use a different currency for your WHMCS. Matt
Sohan
What if it uses a euro or some other currency? Will the same conversion rate be used?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 10, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 10, 2008 Doesn't matter what specific currencies are being used - you can use it to convert from your WHMCS currency to your 2CO currency. Matt

If i select convert to EUR for processing, and EUR is defined in product's price fields, will get this price or will do a conversion based on Base Conv. Rate?
