Scheduled Ticket Replies and Notes - Share your experience

Hi testers!

One of the new features added in WHMCS 8.13 Beta is Scheduled Replies, Notes and Unscheduling for Support Tickets. Enabling you to add automated actions to individual support tickets. During the pre-release testing we want to hear about your experiences with this feature.

Some potential starting points for discussion are:

- What was your experience scheduling actions?

- Once scheduled, was it clear when an action would be executed?

- Were all the actions performed as expected?

- If an action didn't execute, how easy was it to identify the reason for that?

In addition to resolving any errors which might occur, understanding any pain points is of particular interest to us. Your input will help us tweak messaging in the product or documentation and publish support articles.

Opening a new support ticket is not currently an action which can be scheduled.

Can we schedule a reply to an existing ticket?  As in write it at 3am and send it tomorrow at 9am?  If not why?

Yes. That's exactly what the Scheduled Ticket Replies and Notes feature does.
