it's works fine when I return the PHP version to 8.1.32

Hi @Cloudify,

The file causing this error layouts-vars.tpl is not part of the stock themes which we distribute.

Please check with the vendor of your custom theme, as it sounds like an update is required for PHP 8.1 compatibility.
