WHMCS ERROR Update from 8.11.2 To 8.12.1

Hello Guys,

I am new here; this is my first post on this community. So please ignore my English.

I have updated my WHMCS from 8.11.2 to 8.12.1 after updating I am getting a bizarre ERROR and I did try to find out on Google about this ERROR but was unable to find the correct resolution. So please guys I beg you help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I have updated the WHMCS on my live system and I can't downgrade the whole BILLING tab has been stuck with this ERROR I even access the client summary page, invoice page, Transactions List page. ERROR shown below.

Please, guys, help me how I resolve this above ERROR as my clients even can't pay the invoice.

Hi @arkhalid,

This error occurs if your local license cache is invalid. Please ensure you're accessing your WHMCS instance using exactly the Valid Domain, Valid IP and Valid Directory on your license.

If your WHMCS instance is being accessed from a different (unlicensed) domain you could encounter this error.

 

We have logged case WHMCS-21749 to resolve a license issue causing this Oops error in a future update.  Once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here:

I also checked the License information everything seems to be fine but still I am getting the same bizarre ERROR this issue is very serious for me because my whole business has been stuck. My client can't pay me anymore. Please give me an alternative way to resolve this issue until the case is resolved at the developer's end.

Hi @arkhalid,

The error will be resolved immediately by ensuring your WHMCS instance is only being accessed via the valid location on your license.

Eg. If your license is issued to the Valid Directory:

/app/public_html/client

But it was being accessed at a different location:

/app/deploy/public_html/client

This would cause the license to become invalid and the error to be encountered.

I was using WHMCS 8.11.2 without any problem or issue and WHMCS Valid Domain, Valid IP and Valid Directory was correct that's why I was using WHMCS 8.11.2 this ERROR came right after upgrading the WHMCS 8.12.1 I am using auto update in WHMCS I don't update WHMCS manually and I am using WHMCS from version 6 I never face this kind of ERROR ever. This is first time I am facing this issue and I can't move my business anywhere else.
