BuffaloWeb
Login to your WHMCS as an admin, pull up any client profile, and go to Support tab. Notice tickets are listed oldest first. I would really like these sorted newest at the top so I can quickly find current questions when client calls on the phone. I have heard conflicting advice from WHMCS admins in a recent ticket: One tech's response: "there is no hook I can provide to change the sort order on that admin page as it is hardcoded to always start with the same sort order" Another one the next day: "it might be possible to adjust the sorting order by creating Admin Area hooks" So color me confused. I tried but failed. Can anyone help?

bear
Maybe just clicking the "date opened" header arrow at the top of the ticket list? That should sort them either oldest first or newest. A click or two is pretty fast.
